Every appointment at ARC Aesthetics includes a consultation. During your visit we will discuss your goals, review your facial anatomy, and create a personalized treatment plan before proceeding with treatment. Olivia will absolutely answer any questions you may have regarding treatments.

Many treatments such as Botox or lip filler can often be completed the same day.

For more comprehensive treatments such as facial balancing, a consultation is strongly recommended so we can carefully evaluate your features and discuss options. This consultation can also be completed during your appointment.

Standalone consultations are available for clients who would like to discuss treatment options, pricing, or long-term planning before scheduling treatment.

Consultation appointments are $75. The consultation fee is applied toward treatment when scheduled within 14 days.

Yes. All treatments at ARC Aesthetics are performed by Olivia, the founder and injector.

Building a relationship with your injector allows Olivia to understand your facial anatomy, preferences, and long-term aesthetic goals over time. This helps create consistent, natural results with treatments that evolve thoughtfully.

Most patients describe lip filler as very manageable. A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, and the filler itself contains lidocaine to help keep you comfortable. You will be provided with a vibrating distraction tool, as well. You may feel some pressure or brief pinching during the injections, but the procedure is generally well tolerated.

Not at ARC. The goal is always subtle, balanced results that enhance your natural features — not change them.

Many patients come to ARC because they want to look refreshed, rested, or more defined without anyone being able to tell they had something done.

Treatments are approached conservatively and thoughtfully, with a focus on facial harmony and long-term results.

Most treatments require little to no downtime. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur but typically resolves within a few days.

Avoidance of strenuous exercise and saunas is recommended for 24 hours post-treatment. No lying flat for 4 hours post-treatment.

Botox results typically begin appearing within 3–7 days, with full effect after 14 days. Results last approximately 3–4 months. Individual results can vary depending on muscle strength and metabolism.

Maintenance is recommended every 3-4 months.

Dermal filler results are visible immediately and generally last between 9–18 months depending on the product used and the area treated.

Microneedling is a collagen-stimulating treatment that improves skin texture, tone, and overall skin quality by creating controlled micro-injuries that trigger the body’s natural healing response.

A series of treatments is recommended for optimal results spaced 4-6 weeks apart.

PRP uses growth factors from your own blood to stimulate collagen production and improve the appearance of dark circles, crepey skin, and overall under-eye skin quality. Appointment is typically 30 minutes and includes a quick blood draw and small injections in undereye region with the same size needle used for Botox.

A series of treatments is recommended every 4-6 weeks for optimal results. Maintenance is typically every 8-12 months.

For best results, we recommend scheduling Botox or filler at least 2 weeks before an event. This allows time for the product to fully settle and for any temporary swelling or bruising to resolve.

If you are planning a larger treatment or facial balancing, allowing 3–4 weeks before an event is ideal.

Effects from microneedling are visible within 4-6 weeks post-treatment, visible redness may be present 24-72 hours post treatment.

Yes. ARC Aesthetics offers flexible payment options through Cherry, allowing qualified patients to split treatment costs into manageable monthly payments.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $75 late cancellation or no-show fee.

A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments.
